Returns and Refunds
Thank you for choosing our golf cart products. To protect your rights, please carefully read the following return and refund policy. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services, and we hope to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase experience.
1. Standard Products
Order Cancellation:
- Cancellation Before Production Begins: If you cancel your order before production begins, we will deduct 5% of the total order amount as a processing fee.
- Cancellation After Production Begins: Once production has started, the order cannot be fully refunded. We will refund 50% of the order amount and the full shipping cost.
Non-Quality Issue Returns:
For returns due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with color or configuration, etc.), we do not offer a refund. However, we can provide replacement parts, and the related costs will be borne by the buyer.
Quality Issues:
If the golf cart you receive has obvious quality issues or does not match the specifications of your order, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund options. The refund amount will be determined based on the extent of the damage, with a maximum refund of the full order amount.
Special Terms:
Before purchasing a standard golf cart, please make sure to carefully read the supplier’s contract or sales terms to fully understand their refund policy. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting customer service directly for confirmation. Upon receiving the product, please check its integrity within 7 days. Any refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt; late requests will not be accepted.
2. Customized Products
Order Cancellation:
- Cancellation Before Production Begins: If you cancel your order before production begins, we will deduct 5% of the total order amount as a processing fee.
- Cancellation After Production Begins: Since customized products are specifically designed and manufactured according to your requirements, once production begins, the order cannot be fully refunded. We will only refund the shipping cost you paid.
Non-Quality Issue Returns:
Customized products, due to their personalized design and special configuration, do not accept returns for non-quality issues. For example, if you change your mind or are dissatisfied with the customized color or configuration, we do not offer a refund.
